Cancellation Policy
mattina recommends that you cancel your order within 15 days of confirmation of payment for the ordered product. Mattina is on hand to advise you on sizing options or any questions you may have about trying on models. return conditions
According to the "China Consumer Law", you have 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to return any product that does not suit you and request a refund. However, you will still be responsible for the cost of the return.
You may return the product by making a request on the contact form in the "Contact Us" menu together with an express statement of your willingness to return the product, provided that the product is returned unworn and in its original packaging which came with the delivery accessories (cloth cover, laces, etc...) so that it can be sold like new again.
Any returned product that is damaged will be refunded to you. Shoes must be tried on on a clean, smooth surface that will not damage the soles. If you wish to return an item, the shoe must be free from bumps, scuffs or creases. Damaged, worn, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted.
In order to identify the return, the returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. If you need to return an item, please be sure to follow the return conditions. Products ordered online cannot be replaced.
After receiving your item and conducting quality control, mattina will do its best to ensure a refund within a maximum of 15 days. Exact deadlines depend on your bank's application program.
mattina reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Once your account has been credited, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are made using the same payment method and currency used for the purchase.
Note that remote purchases of Mattina products are not tax-exempt.
You also have the option to return items ordered on mattinashoes.com to the mattina store in China. You have fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery of your order to return the item.
To return your item, please follow the procedure below:
- Place the returned product and a copy of the invoice in its original packaging. Be sure to return any accessories (shoe stays, associated felt) that came with your mattina item.
- After inspection and quality control of your item at the store, you will receive a document at the store certifying that your item has been returned. Keep this file until you receive an email confirming your refund.
Please note that no refunds will be given in store.
Special Conditions of Sale for Personalized Goods
Items mentioned in current special conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are obviously personalized and/or custom made.
