If you know your size in any of the other luxury footwear brands, please visit our size and last comparison page. With help of many of our dedicated customers, we put together sizing references that should help you.

If you are still uncertain, we recommend ordering fitting shoes so that you can easily compare two different sizes comfortably at home.

If you email us we would be happy to help you with additional sizing guidance. In your email please include which size and last you usually wear in other shoe brands. You can also include the size and last in other brands that don't fit you well so that we have a better understanding of your foot shape.

Please remember that ready to wear shoes are returnable within 14 days as long as there is no visible wear marks to the upper or soles.

Since made-to-order shoes shoes are not returnable or exchangeable, we highly recommend fitting shoes ahead of time to make sure you order your proper size. 

We accept PayPal payment, but also can use credit card, Alipay account payment, other payment methods can email us for inquiries. The payment method of MTO will also be detailed in the email.

Yes, we can customize any of our current styles and can change the upper material (museum calf, annonay, suede, etc), the sole (Vibram,Single leather, etc), and the color (patinas, etc).

All custom shoes are considered a made-to-order (MTO) and include a made-to-order fee of 150-300 dollars . 

Please email us and a member of our team will work with you to create a custom SKU so that you can easily place your order online.

If you are interested in customization, we hope you can send us an email. Because our store is in China, Shanghai, if we can accept new orders, our team will reply to you within 7 working days.

1 to 3 months is a typical turnaround time, but we make every effort to ship shoes faster. We deliver to customers on a first-come, first-served basis.

We will not accept any additional payment or offer to give new orders priority over existing orders.

If you are curious about the production time of shoe making, we will release our shoe making video on social media, looking forward to your attention.

We understand the pain of paying customs fees, but we cannot declare a lower value for any product ordered from us. China has very strict invoicing, accounting and compliance practices that we must follow.


Please do not email us with any requests to change the invoice price.

We provide special leather materials and MTO customization of soles. If you have any needs, you can send us an email. Our Chelsea boots provide a variety of leather and sole options. For special needs other than this, you need to send us an email to inquire. team. Please note that we do not discount our Chelsea boots at any time of the year as well.

Absolutely. Please email us for information on the process and turnaround for having a pair of your shoes resoled.

We apologize if the ready-made labels are a bit confusing. Our ready made shoes are all hand finished after the order is placed.

We started the hand finishing process as customers often ask for custom requests for patina or sole finishing, so this gives us some flexibility to customize prior to delivery.

At the same time, due to the uncertainty of international transportation, the time required is not certain, we sincerely apologize, and we promise to deliver our shoes to you in the fastest time.
