mattina ensures delivery only in the country where the order was placed, whether placed online or by phone. For available shipping locations, click on "Country/Language" in the upper left corner to see a list of all countries where eCommerce is available. If you are not sure, you can email us.
Every delivery within China will be accompanied by an invoice detailing the price of each product, the amount of VAT and shipping charges. For shipments to other countries, mattina handles the duties and taxes that are in effect when the package enters that country.
Delivery Times and Fees
mattina offers you "Standard Shipping" starting at $200
After receiving your order, we will ship it within 5-7 working days, and it will be delivered to the address specified during the ordering process within an average of 5 to 7 working days after the delivery date. mattina undertakes to use its best endeavors to deliver the products ordered within the time specified above. However, these deadlines are for informational purposes only. Delivery is equivalent to transfer of title, full payment, delivery and control of the items ordered.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm from the day your order ships, excluding holidays.
All orders are shipped by SF Express/EMS. Once your package has shipped, mattina will send you a confirmation email. mattina will email you about the progress of your order.
For security reasons, a signature (your own signature or that of an adult you authorize) is required upon receipt of the package. mattina does not ship products to post office boxes. Boxes and hotels.
If, for any reason other than force majeure or your actions as a customer, the ordered product is not delivered within 30 days of the stated delivery date, the sale will be settled upon your written request, subject to the conditions set forth in the Consumer Terms. Any monies already paid will be returned to you at the latest within fourteen (14) days of the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or retention.
Special Conditions of Sale for Personalized Goods
mattina offers an online personalization service for certain products. You can access this offer by: (clicking on the "Personalize" menu and then clicking on (MTO) "Design Your Own". The special conditions of sale for these products are as described below. Orders for personalized products may only be placed through the website www.mattinashoes.com and exclude any orders placed with Customer Service by telephone. When using this service on an Internet site, your authoring choices are remembered only for the duration of the session. If you interrupt your session before completing your order, you will be invited to resume your creation selections from scratch during a new connection.
Personalized items go into production once the order and payment are verified on the website. You will then receive an email notifying you that the items in your order have shipped.
Delivery of personalized items will take place within 45 days from the day after the order is placed, subject to full payment of the price.
mattina does not deliver in batches. If you wish to order both a personalized item and a standard item at the same time, the two items will be delivered together within a maximum of 45 days.
